bottom - Spot price up .75 this week, U.to & Cameco having a strong volume move today. Both look like they are in a bottoming formation. U.to has broken its downtrend since Aug. CCO is challenging its own downtrend line.

It's about time. Little stocks haven't moved yet, but should if the new trend continues.
