Monday, December 17, 3:59 PM Silvercorp Metals (SVM-6.3%) says power to the area in China's Ying Mining District, where three mines are located, will be temporarily suspended due to work by the local power authority. SVM expects the power suspension will result in a reduction of ~5,000 metric tons of ore production; the main SGX mine will not be affected as its power is supplied through a different line.
