Wasn't trying to start anything at all.Was just trying to get the actual costs straight in my own head.I messed up reading the wording.I know it's best to just wait until the cash flows start but I'm looking for reasons this still trades where it does and the obvious answer would be costs have changed and therefore cash flows will be lower. The whole reason this board exists btw is that those of us here just wish to exchange ideas and info in an insightful manner without all the crap.Again sorry you took things the wrong way.Cheers.
