I was thinking something similar - the solars were left for dead, but roared back. Uranium stocks look as dead as the Fukashima reactors, but the corpse is now starting to twitch. I think uranium should go higher and the stocks are highly leveraged to the price, so I've been rotating out of solars and into uranium. I'm looking/hoping for a major runnup next year.
