Apparently it's a friendly deal agreed to by management. At least 2 law firms are investigating the supposedly low price. Maybe they are right, but I'll just be happy to take the money and run - I bought this at 3.40 US as part of my Santa trade. That's more than a double in a month - I'll take it.
