Well, I usually don't allow fundamentals to cloud my judgement, lol. But my crystal ball is a little cloudy these days. For US markets, best guess for the summer is a continuation of the choppy trading with a bias lower. While a massive selloff is not impossible, I don't think the odds favour that happening this year.
Still, there's no reason to be overinvested this summer. I'm just watching the various resource sectors for a potential breakout. I am holding energy stocks - the only resource sector in a clear uptrend - perhaps when Putin finally invades eastern Ukraine, real sanctions will kick in and the energy sector will have a big move.
