Well very intersting development this week so I've come to see what is new. Yes I agree that we have right now very good situation in resource stocks.

For example great situation with Zinc. I think that HBM has still lot upside because of that situation, also moody upgraded HBM to buy so even if it was great run for HBM I still think that HBM could see new highs, even possible to come to $15.

Palladium is great this year, SWC is place to be. Also great performance this year but still lot of upside potential.

As of PEM. I don't know what to think, with Palladium and Gold doing great, and great properties that PEM has, PEM is going nowhere, not so satisfied with new CEO, specially if we know that new OSK has lot of cash and could use that to finance PEM, OSK did that before and why not right now. SWC could also finance PEM so what John is really doing?

Gold stocks are doing great lately, very Big move into Gold stocks this week. From Gold stocks my favorite stock for this year is LSG. They are doing great. Lot of upside potential, even triple is possible. It is really interesting to watch LSG and what will happen in near future with LSG. Takeover maybe this year? Who knows? Majors already wanted on the beginning of this year to buy such kind of company. OSK was bought from AEM and Yamana Gold and Goldcorp lost Big time. So yes they could try with LSG. On the other side FNV has already invested in LSG and´maybe they will try to take over LSG. PP that FNV did was at $1,49. So maybe some take over fight above $1,5 will happen. Even without that LSG has potential to go over $2 in very near future. That is really interesting stock to watch and to be part of.

ROF is also getting more and more interesting with infrastructure, 3 stocks that I am watching are KWG, BMK and NOT. PRB also did great this year.

What about REEs, stalemate, nothing happening, only AVL is doing something but that's it. Molycorp is nothing but disaster.

Let see what will happen until the end of this year but overall is very positive situation for resources stocks.
