My parents moved to Kelowna when my dad retired - I must admit, a major improvement on Elliot Lake. They've since passed, but I still have a brother and a couple of nieces in BC. The interior is nice, but Vancouver is rain rain rain. In winter, there is only 1 question every day - is today's drizzle freezing? I like seeing the sun once in a while, even if it's a cold sun.

As far as the market is concerned, a 6:30 open would kill me - I`m a night hawk. I would prefer a market open around noon, lol!!
