This ebola thing looks like it's (excuse the pun) going viral. Some good may actually come of it - a vaccine. Until this latest outbreak, there was no need for a cure - and no profit in developing one. There are basically 2 categories of ebola stocks - drug developers (CMRX TKMR BCRX) and protective gear manufacturers (APT LAKE). I consider the former as longer term plays (a few months to a year) and the latter as day trade candidates (due to their parabolic charts).
Right now I'm largely in cash, some gold stocks, playing a few ebola stocks and waiting for a panic day to buy in big time.
I think the bull market is alive and well, just in dire need of a correction - which is clearly underway.
