MARUM AMENDS POUNDMAKER PROPERTY AGREEMENT

Marum Resources Inc. has amended and extended its Poundmaker agreement with Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (Stockwatch press release Feb. 4, 2008). The amended agreement provides that the original agreement is extended for 13 months beyond the initial anniversary date of Feb. 1, 2008, and a new anniversary date of March 1, 2008, has been established.
