..so the TD rep seems to- be correct as my SKP shares ( 24300 ) were inkind contribution with in 24 hrs as one can see they were in my TFSA yesterday. One can view this as one way to contribute, as some may choose to transfer cash into their TFSA vs the share option. Looking at this from my perspective since i am dealing with four TFSA ( kids and spouse , joint )i was able to take the low of $ 0.205 and secure this price for the 97200 shares (24,300 x 4 ) inkind contribution even though that day, only a few shares traded at this price with most trading higher. I see this as a win , PS' shares in TFSA seem to be neglected from voting on any prospectus such as AGM meetings , as in past agm for other co, i notice the TFSA accounts ( shares ) were not apart of the total..
