Mackie Barch
CEO
Mr Barch is the CEO of Sunpeaks Ventures and co-founder of Healthcare Distribution Specialists "HDS." Before launching HDS, Mr. Barch is co-founder of Global Nutritional Research, which manufactures over-the counter "OTC" products for specific disease states based on Rx/OTC interaction. Prior to joining HDS, he was involved in numerous financial and operational aspects of the another pharmaceuticals companies that operated in the secondary wholesale space. He joined the secondary wholesale industry in 2007 from the financial services industry when he was employed at Friedman, Billings, & Ramsey (FBR) from 2001 to 2006. He has participated in numerous equity offerings including 144a, IPO and Secondary Offerings. He has extensive business experience and familiarity with a wide range of businesses and strategies in the following industries: Financial, Energy, Technology, Healthcare, and Consumer. He graduated the University of Colorado-Boulder with a BA in Economics. Barch currently is an elected official in the State of Maryland, serving as a City Council Member in Kensington, MD. Barch was the President of National Blood Clot Alliance Chapter in Washington, DC, hosting charity events to raise awareness about prevalence of Thrombophilia and clot prevention.

Matthew Swift
Vice President of Sales

Matthew Swift is Executive Vice President of Sunpeaks Ventures and co-founder of Healthcare Distribution Specialists "HDS." Mr. Swift has been the key participant to the overall growth of two pharmaceutical wholesalers, Global Pharmaceutical Sourcing (GPS) and Premium Rx National (PRN). At GPS, Swift was able to grow sales to over $30 million 5 years. With over 10 years of senior sales position experience he has developed an experienced and competent sales force for the company. Prior to entering the pharmaceutical industry, he was the Senior Corporate Recruiter and Sales Executive of Spherion Technology Architects, a Business Developer for Foxhunt Staffing Inc. and a top ranked Senior Sales Executive for Yahoo! HotJobs. Matt is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration.

Justin Barch
Vice President Health Supplements Division

Justin Barch is Executive Vice President and is co-founder of Healthcare Distribution Specialists. Mr. Barch is the Founder and CEO of Global Nutritional Research. GNR manufactures manufactures over-the counter "OTC" products for specific disease states based on Rx/OTC interaction. Before founding GNR, Justin was an Investment Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Bethesda MD, where he built investment portfolios for high net worth families. Prior to joining MSSB, Justin spent five years at the private investment bank Johnston, Lemon & Co. Inc in Washington, DC where he was an investment advisor. Justin is a graduate of the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University where he majored in finance and minored in accounting. In his spare time Justin advocates for blood clot awareness, and was recently elected to the board of directors of the National Blood Clot Alliance.
