Now isn't this a deal. 4.45 buy in price. Trading at 5.84 (as of this post)

That is a 31% increase in capital plus a .04/share/month divy payable starting with the Feb distribution.

Nice deal, bought on the backs of the Advantage fire sale.

The only question that I have is WHY?

Why did Advantage sell their stake in Longview?
