They are well past the pre-feas already. That place is a bee hive of activity. Change for the better is daily. Therefore when you are getting new developments daily it is very hard to nail down a PR, when the game changes slightly every day!

The release of the pre-feas study is also eagerly being waited for by a few companies as well. Thats when the game becomes more interesting.
