There are other stocks like HL that abide by TA like a glove. It breaks in the right direction consistently. This tells you all is well.

TA is an educated guess as to where a stock is headed according to its fundamentals. If it does not follow through then for whatever reason something is wrong.

TRE better follow through to 7.50. With everything it has going for it there is no reason for it to follow through. If it does not something is wrong.

It was interesting that Sinclair sent out an e-mail update saying that TRE was in a 5 year cup and handle formation where it is building the handle. This statement is another way of saying that TRE has been going down for 5 years and has to exceed its all time high; otherwise it cannot be a cup and handle. This is what I have kept saying on this forum.

Again, this discussion is not about whether Sinclair is doing good job or whether TRE has all kinds of potential. This is about performance nothing more.
