Undelivered Shares reported by TRX Shareholder

We have learned from a TRX shareholder that purchased TRX shares during the month of June, 2011, that their shares have not been delivered within 3 days, as required by law. Not even close. And they have still have not received their shares. They discovered this when they attempted to have their newly purchased shares registered.

For those that are considering registering their shares, the process is as easy as Sunday Morning!
You call your broker and tell them you would like your shares registered with the TRX transfer agent. If you have any problems, you can call TRX at 1-800-811-3855 for further instruction.

Today, when brokers can make almost 40% for loaning out your shares, registering all or a portion of shares could quite possibly make the borrowing rate go even higher! This would not make Jaime very happy.
And remember Jaime’s anonymous author’s famous punch line, “However a dead give away that something is amiss is the chairman’s recent posting on the company web site urging shareholders not to lend their shares to short sellers. This is typically an act of a desperate company”. (LAUGHTER)
