Because - just maybe - I did consider this. Hence my remark that the selling broker wont get paid. Short wont receive the money. Selling broker will be forced by clearing organisation to reimburse hence will want collaterral. You think anyone can loan / naked short 40.000.000 worth of shares?

You think the short is in the business of shorting TRX only? Think again.

Think ratio trades. Think a friendly fund taking the other side while the short loses Other Peoples Money. Think of any plausible explanation for christ sakes but stop waisting my time with nonsense.
