Why wouldn't Jim, as you refer to him, sell? Because he says so? He has been selling for years. He reduced his stake in the company from 25% at the time of the merger to 1.5% now. We already know the range where Jim would sell. It is $5 to $8 per share which is where he unloaded his shares recently. I sure that shareholders would settle for less given the recent price action and increased attention paid to Jim's actual stake in the company.
