I will not be tendering my 84k TME shares to this proposed combination of companies led by Oban.I feel that .78 of an Oban share for each TME share is undervalueing TME assets while at the same time Oban will have 1.1 billion outstanding shares which will have to be rolled back approx. 10 for 1.The entire proposal stinks,unless of course you had a large EAG holding before the proposal,which I didn't.
