It seems that if the sp of TCM drops more,then the sp of TRX will likely rise to be near the deal price of 1.41.

If TCM is 10.00,then .052 of a share is worth .52 and with .90 cash for the TRX share gives you 1.42.,very close to the 1.41 deal.

If TCM is 9.00,then .052 of a share is .468 and with the .90 cents gives 1.368 ,which is below the deal value of 1.41.
