Teuton Resources Corp. has, in accordance with its stock option plan, granted to employees, consultants and directors of the company options to purchase a total of 1,886,000 shares of the company at 56 cents per share, exercisable until April 13, 2015. The stock option plan was ratified at the company's annual general meeting held June 21, 2005.
