I've been hanging out over at stockhouse.ca and the buzz is that someone talked to Robert Jackson at the PDAC show in Toronto.
To summarize the current cash value of Tiomin is 6 cents/share and that is why all the insiders were buying ( There was no reason for the share price to go lower ). The value in the near future should be around 13 cents based on Pukkaqua, then could head to 30 cents after production starts.
The rest concerns the sale of the Kwale project to Jinchuan.
