Andrew Kiguel

Co-founder & CEO

Andrew Kiguel is the co-founder and CEO of Tokens.com, a publicly listed company that invests in Metaverse real estate, DeFi and NFT related digital assets. Andrew also co-founded and is the former CEO of Hut 8 Mining, one of the largest publicly listed bitcoin miners in the world.

Prior to that, Andrew spent 20 years as an investment banker with a focus on technology and real estate. Andrew is an accomplished executive with leadership experience in capital markets, corporate governance and entrepreneurship.

Deven Soni

Chief Operating Officer

Deven is an experienced operations executive and investor. He spent several years as a technology-focused investor at Goldman Sachs and Highland Capital Partners where he helped fund several top technology businesses.

He is the co-founder of Wired Investors, a private equity fund focused on small cap buyouts. He is also a founding director of Polymath and an active investor in the digital assets space.

Ian Fodie

Chief Financial Officer

After obtaining his designation as a Chartered Accountant (New Zealand) in 1987, Ian embarked on international travels and has resided in Canada since 1989.

In addition to public accounting experience, Ian has gained over 30 years of experience in high growth industries, including biotechnology, life-sciences, exploration and development, and entertainment, including international activities focused on intangible and real properties.

Ian has provided executive financial services as the Chief Financial Officer to pre- and publicly listed companies, providing extensive experience in financial reporting, operations management, financings, and corporate governance.

Josh Doner

CNO (Chief NFT Officer)

Josh is one of the first people in the world to buy an NFT on Ethereum and a leading voice in the NFT space. Josh has 6 years of crypto related experience, having transacted and owned various types of assets, on many of the top Crypto/Defi protocols and platforms.

Josh is an investor, advisor and contributor to various startups and DAO's operating in Crypto.

Jennifer Karkula

Head of Communications

Jennifer Karkula is a graduate from the University of Toronto with a diverse professional background where she has worked at some of Canada’s largest banks including TD and the Bank of Montreal. Jennifer has a strong sales and investor background having more than 8 years of experience in the financial service industry. Jennifer transitioned into working with social media driving engagement and brand recognition. Jennifer has joined Tokens.com as the Head of Communications to stress the importance of keeping news about the company accessible to the public.
