Trelawney Changes Name and Consolidates Shares
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 17, 2009) - Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TRR) announces that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to change the Company's name to Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc. from Trelawney Resources Inc. and to consolidate the common shares on the basis of one new share for every five old shares. The consolidated shares will commence trading today under the symbol TRR which has not changed.
