Edit this title from the Fast Facts Section
Hi contragalo;
I Googled both the FIDELITY INTERNATIONAL SMALL CAPP OPPORTUNITIES FUND(FSCOX) and the FIDELITY SERIES INTERNATIONAL SMALL CAP FUND (FSTSX) separately that you mentioned and they are both Mutal Funds which appear on the Fidelity.com website which is a Mutual Fund Company. This is not the same holder of Tuscany International Drilling shares as the "Fidelity" arrangement listed on SEDAR in their Alternative Monthly Report dated May 10, 2012 which defines the "Fidelity" parntership as the following:
EARLY WARNING REPORT UNDER
THE ALTERNATIVE MONTHLY REPORTING SYSTEM
OF NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 62-103
1. Name and address of the eligible institutional investor:
“Fidelity” which may include the following:
Fidelity Management & Research Company ("FMR Co.") 82 Devonshire Street Boston, MA, 02109
Pyramis Global Advisors, LLC ("PGALLC") 900 Salem Street Smithfield, RI, 02917
Pyramis Global Advisors Trust Company ("PGATC") 900 Salem Street Smithfield, RI, 02917
Strategic Advisers Incorporated (“SAI”)
82 Devonshire Street
Boston, MA 02109
FIL Limited ("FIL") 42 Crow Lane, Pembroke, Bermuda
FMR Co., PGALLC, PGATC and SAI (hereinafter collectively referred to as “FMR”), and FIL and certain of its affiliates (“FIL”, and together with FMR, “Fidelity”).
Cheers; Scott
