I just looked at CNBC's website on the ownership tab for Tuscany International Drilling which appears to be up to date as it shows the major share holders and the number of shares that they hold as of October 25, 2012. It can be found by clicking on the following URL:
http://data.cnbc.com/quotes/TID.TO/tab/8
It is quite interesting as it shows that Fidelity Management owns 24.5 million shares and has it as the 2nd largest shareholder and it lists Pyramis Global holding 4.2 million shares. Pyramis Global is part of the Fidelity Management Group which goes under the Fidelity name. However, there is no mention at all of maurel & Prom owning any shares! Why not?
In the second chart on the page it shows the Mutual Fund companies and their funds which hold Tuscany shares for example the Fidelity Select fund on October 25, 2012 holds 10.5 million shares, the Fidelity Mutual holds 5.2 million shares, Fidelity True North fund holds 4.2 million shares, the Fidelity Select holds 3.4 million shares.
I don't have access to Bloomberg's ownership information
Cheers; Scott
