Thanks for getting back. So, we know that the float is about 65%OS or about 22M shares.
Theoretically, if a large amount of shares, say exceeding 22Ms, were traded during the first day or so then one could guess that perhaps most of the float have been sold to the public by some original investors to cash in their gain (from the estimated 0.89/s). But this is just a guess. Some may decide to ride it out as a long-term investment, just like insiders. Some insiders may decide to sell during the last few days, unless their shares are locked-in, but we'll know which insiders have sold (unlikely that they would buy more) later in insiders report.
With respect to the shipment being held at the Kelowna airport by the RCMP, it's was clever for management to set up a contract with a COD clause and let the seller sort out whatever trouble during transit.
