1.  Dave Webb´s entire professional life IS “Yellowknife” and Tyhee.  You might even say he´s the irreplaceable heart and soul of it all. Should he no longer be there, what then?

2.  Will the mine design include ways to offset the high cost of energy, whether electrical or diesel?  For example, would TDC consider installing a wind turbine? 3.  If there is lots of Sulphur contained in Pyrrite in the ore, could there be an offset in selling H2SO4, as Yamana Gold plans to do?4.  How large will the workforce need to be, and what skill sets would these employees need?   5.  Are there any discussions with any majors at this stage?  If not, at what stage would that begin to occur? 6. Is it correct to assume that inferred resources very deep under those identified so far can not be delineated until the mine is in production, as drilling deeper than a few hundred meters is not practical?  If so, why not extend a shaft from the Discover shafts at depth, and explore from depth into the material 1500 feet below Ormsby?7.  Dave: The last time you were interviewed on FNS , in December 06, you predicted that Tyhee, with the Nicholas Lake re-samples, would boost its reserves to over 2 million ounce. What is your forecast for what Tyhee will have proven in a year from now?8. Also, last time you were on FSN, you said Tyhee was greatly undervalued relative to its peers. Is that still true today?9. With the current lack of liquidity in the market, do you anticipate any difficulty  financing ongoing exploration?10. What plans are there regarding company promotion and IR in general?  Having a CEO who is accessible is great, but a professional IR promotion campaign would seem to be a missing component to the Tyhee story.11. JP has talked often about the desirability of a move to consolidation in the mining industry, even amongst junior development companies and junior producers. What are your thoughts on this topic and are there any plans / discussions related to TDC that you share?12. Given that 'the market is always right', in view of what you know now, including reference to levels of uncertainty, what do you feel share price should be at now?13.  Roughly what proportion of shares and warrants are in, what you might term, "friendly hands"? 14. As a catalyst for movement in the juniors, JP has mentioned the need for the majors to buy the juniors in an effort to increase their reserves. Have any majors approached Tyhee to have their geologists evaluate their properties?15. In addition, have any major financial companies---mutual funds, hedge funds, etc. approached Tyhee to evaluate their properties for potential future investment?16. Are there any plans to add any new director (s) to the Tyhee board or changes in management ?17. Are there any issues with land claims or the local Dene (native Indian) population?18. Have there been any advances made with regards to permitting?  Can you talk about environmental issues and concerns?19.  Tyhee's properties are south of Canada's richest diamond mines. Have you come across any indicator minerals for diamonds? 20. Silver was found in the grab samples from Big Sky(Ken Claims), is this just an indicator that other metals exist in the KAM rocks without probable grade or do you see something potentially more significant?21. Other than drilling and grades near the surface what are the 'reliable' indicators of mineralization at Yellowknife?22. What events do you see as precipitating strong upward share price movement?23.  What do you foresee for any upcoming share offering, in structure, timing, framework, and price?24.  Has there been any interest from a major party looking to buy a share of the company?
