If you read the last post, Paragraph 4. was asking about the address of the FORACO contractor. That is the name of the French conglomerate that bought out the Connors drilling company:

Other reading shows that Connors is doing drilling out of Yellowkinfe for other exploration companies, such as for diamonds. So the liklihood that the larger rig I saw today is TDC related is not very solid. We'll see.
