I´m no Diabullic but I thought sharing this image with you might help you relax.

Imagine a large pot over an open fire.  In that pot, imagine your juniors. Under that pot is a raging fire! Yes, the fire is the price of gold.  And that fire is getting even hotter.  With this in mind,  imagine that that pot will soon be simmering.  And soon after that, boiling over.

Well, that image works for me.
