I´m ready to be corrected and informed about this, but I don´t think Morgan´s been on Tyhee property, nor do I think that he got in on any private placement offfering.  I do, however, recall that he does NOT own any shares, nor did he plan to own any. Nonetheless, I know that he is very well aware of the potential for a big find, as in Big Sky.
