Personally, I'm taking advantage of the surging Iron and copper markets and have been stockpiling. So far I have 3 jars full of copper pennies and working on a fourth. In addition I also have 2 old iron crowbars and a solid iron anvil.

Recently I've been wading into the aluminum markets by buying my beer in cans rather than bottles. Unfortunately, given the hard times in some of my other investments I recently had to cash in some of my copper to afford another case of aluminum.
