Message: Influence of the Puplava interview
About 20 minutes ago I got an email from Jim Pupava who is just now getting ready to interview Dave Webb. Jim said that he only has 30-45 minutes to conduct the interview and he would not be able to ask all of the questions that the Agoracom Forum requested. However, most of what we want to know will be incorporated in his standard format of questions that he asks mining companies that he gets involved in. He said that this line of questioning is helpful in judging whether he wants to take a position in a company.
His standard list of questions is as follows:

1) Background of management and the board

2) What do you think the value of your company is? Contrast it to the value of your peers.

3) How do you intend to make your shareholders money and when will shareholders realize full value.

4) What are management’s goals this year? What do you hope to achieve.

5) What is your business plan to achieve those goals? What’s your strategy?

6) What is your cash position? Is it sufficient to carry out your goals for the year?

7) What is the ownership position of management and the board? Have you been buying shares?

8) How do you intend to market your company? What kind of marketing program do you have in place to get your story out?

9) What are two-three things that can go wrong with your business plan? What are you doing to monitor or anticipate these problems? If these problems surface how would you mitigate the problem.

10) What kind of infrastructure surrounds your project? What is your access to energy?

11) Is there anything else I forgot to ask you?

12) If you were to put your own money into competitors what competitors would you be buying.

13) How can I find out more about your company, what analysts or firms or newsletters cover your stock?
