I love this forum, but it dissapoints me profoundly.

It's good, in that there is an active exchange of ideas between about 17 people who appear to be interested in TDC.

And I have learned a few things along the way. But so much time and keystrokes are wasted in mental mas**rbation about global events, conspiracy theories, the daily adventures of the Fed and other players influencing the gold sector. OUr forum covers the full spectum from DD to wandering to crackpot and back again!

All interesting to somebody who will never have to work another day in his life....

But what frustrates me is that I don't see any kindred pirits out there, any people who know that all of that B.S. is irrelevant to the one salient question: Will Dr. Webb be succesful in his vision of bringing a mine on line? Wil this be like Goldcorp or other current producers? Will holding this stock for 5 years be worth it?

I believe that it will be a producer, and make the two-fold evolution from one of 100 good exploration companies to one of 2 or 3 great success stories of the '00X years. (90's plus 10).

--That the stock will still be TDC (on TSX and NYSE, not the venture) in 5 years, and be worth $40. Holding over 20 million ounces of gold in a collection of 7 (not the 5 we know about so far) properties in the family of Yellowknife holdings. With 200,000 Tonnes per day of production, and others vying to join in as joint venture partners, taking sloppy seconds from us...

But so much of the fluff some of you talk about is more relevant for day traders only.

Are there any long term believers out there who find the fluff and off topic discussions to be a waste of time?

I beg you, true believers, to google and seek tid-bits that a help assuage our frustration in this stock. My existential frustration is that according to my DD, this is a 1.20 stock today. It helps, to hear about your views on the overall pressures keeping juniors down, but I want to read contracts, copied emails, and dumpster-dived reconstructed shreds that confirm that this story is real, and on track. Another of us wrote about being antsy.... but contribute something solid, please....

Where are the sleuths who are watching the ball?

Or are there only wankers out there?

- and yes, I am hostile to some views....
