I think the handle must be short, or a size in relation to the cup. Here's a description of a Cup & Handle from Stockcharts.com. I've been watching the right hand side and I think a flag, (pennant) might be forming. Anyway, I have TDC on a Technical Analysis Patterns and Signals alert list at my broker. If a pattern is confirmed the system will send an alert to me. Of course, I'll post it if that happens.

One thing about these T.A. alerts systems, they remind me of some analysts, . . . not always right in the forecasts! . . . maybe more like the weatherman! lol!
