what surprised me the most when talking to Webb at the PDAC was (were) two things which may be relevant to your Theory.

1. Tyhee may very well go from a PA directly to a Feasability Study. And,

2. The genuinely worried look on Dave's face ,and I saw it more than once, when he spoke to me and others, when talking about being acquired by a big company.

Add that to Webb's contention that the Big Boys want to see an economic study before they get serious about a takeover. Well, Tyhee's economic study is getting closer.
