They were prompt and had only name brand: Englehard, JohnsonMatthey, etc.

I have bought a few thousand ounces from a local coin dealer in Michigan. He use to sell at spot till last week. Now it spot + 0.50

Good luck. I think now is a great time to buy. Butler seems to thing so too. There will be a day when we will laugh at the fact that once silver only cost $20/ounce!
