Last Year's Price Spike

posted on Apr 03, 2008 10:59AM

Hi Everyone,

We are all (still) in this for different reasons; the goal of making money is the same, but what led us to commit to Tyhee is probably a bit different for everyone.

I must admit that my lack of knowledge about mining means I based my choice on other factors, including Jim Puplava's opinion. At this point, my "faith" is wavering a bit, and I have no one to blame but myself.

However, there is something that I find difficult to explain: last year's price spike.

Hitting a peak near .80 in Oct. of 2007, Tyhee's share price went through a spike period. I never thought we would see the .50's again, let alone the .40's. When we did come back down, I rationalized by saying to myself that the true "value" of Tyhee is around .65 and that warrants, manipulation, etc. could explain the dip....Who the heck was buying at .75 and why?

Now, I am about ready to throw the .65 cent reasonable value theory out the window. The idea of new money being needed to boost the share price is one I agree with, but I also wonder about some other things...

Frank Barbera and Zapata George have both come out and strongly pushed Tyhee as a good investment. How would these two have come across Tyhee? Probably through discussions with Jim Puplava. Would Zapata George really promote Tyhee so vocally just to pump? I find it hard to believe...

Dave Webb, Frank Barbera, Zapata George, and Jim Puplava all seem to me to be honest people. I know, I know, I am naive, silly, etc. for making decisions based on what they say...BUT, I do feel I am a better judge of people than of mining properties I cannot see.

My point is the following: I find it hard to believe that all of these people are deceitful (although it is possible), and I am therefore darn curious as to just what is behind the scenes that we cannot see. This is where my "hide and seek" theory came from, and I am tempted to stick with it.

Webb's repeated mention of the possibility of an Aurelian-type hole seems quite out of character; he always wants to make sure that every aspect of a news release is perfect, etc., yet he makes several very specuative comments during an interview.

I feel either Tyhee is headed south due to lack of meaningful results OR something big is being prepared; obviously, I am hoping for the latter.

All just my opinion and speculation to get rid of some anxiety; certainly not meant to pump or dump.
