Strangely, there is no number attached to the moving pip which is above 5.00 (Strong Sell), yet when I see CSM's 2.00, the pip is over the 2.00 range and the number 2.00 is listed.
It may be that there is no analysts' recommendation, and the pip is just parked on top of the Strong Sell. If this is the case, it appears as a strong sell when it should be not there at all!
Probaby it is not a rating at all, just a poor web layout of this pip.
