To put it into an analogy you may appreciate. Have you ocean kiyaked? Imagine you know that around the next head/penninsula there is a sheltered cover where you have been told there is a sandy area suitable to bed down and camp, with a fresh water supply. But there are strong winds and a bit of a sea state. You feel worried about the next km or so, and wish the headwind would die down...
But when you get around that lask bit of rock, and the headwind becomes a quartering tailwing, and you ride the swells as you head into the sheltered cove, and you feel that adrenalin and rush from the effort you put into fightign the waves and keeping upright...
It is with great satisfaction that you pull your kiyak up on shore, unload your gear and set up camp.... You appreciate every drop of fresh water as you drink in the rejuvantive power of nature. After all, that's why you are on this journey. Everyhtnig worthwhile comes with a struggle, and this struggle is what keeps the masses away.
When you set out, you have to have some faith in the people who told you that you would find this nice spot to camp.... Have faith in your own analysis, and in Dr. Webb and associates. Have faith in the US currency not getting very strong in the near future. Have faith that inflation is a real issue all over this globalized planet. Have faith that Gold is the real money that people will continue to value.
And accept that it won't be easy for the next while.
On a less philosophical note, even if Gold breaks through $1000 in the coming weeks, there won't be much reason to be excited until late summer, August and beyond. For now, while Tyhee spins the drills and adss one or two thousand ounces a day to our resource, we have to spin our wheels.
Go camping. Try not to expect much to happen in May or June.
But like you, I'll breathe a lot easier when we are over $1.00.
Or if you like history, imagine when traders set out on long journeys, by sea... There is risk, but have we a solid ship? Yes we do, and the world is not flat, no matter what the masses currently believe.
