If I recall our chat with DW at the Hard Assets conference, he admitted that he had been overly optimistic on the June PA issue date. He mentioned that one big disappointment is not having control over certain aspects of the PA. Therefore, rather than plan on a June issue date and then claim huge disappointment when it is not issued in June, plan on there being delays, take a deep breath and focus on something else to alleviate your frustration......................
