(Ok, I've posted about us needing to substantiate things written on this forum. So, please forgive me for this hiatus of fact if what I am about to post is lacking the very substantiation that I've called for in the past.)

Here's a paraphrase of an email I got last night from someone who claims to have inside information... I thought it might be worth considering since, who knows, it just might be correct:

Tyhee's PA may well be "on track" for this June. But even though Webb has seen the costs of running power lines, diesel plant, and other components - including certain assumptions about the price of gold, etc. , it will still possibly take up to several weeks to review the PA before it is released as news. So, expect it in July/August or possibly September.
