Could Dave Be Spinning a Webb?

I mean, could Dr. Webb be arranging a possible Joint Venture or, even a sale of a large block of TDC.V like what AEM did with Gold Eagle before GG bought it? Or, might he be looking for buyout bids?

Would Dave rather lock-down Tyhee than try for the above possibilities? I can't image he'd prefer a halt to operations. No way, Jose.
