With reference to posters who have been banned on this forum. Hub leaders can ban posters when they can show that those posters have violated the "6 rules". But, banning of posters can also be done, independent and without consultation with of Hub Leaders, by the Agoracom Administration. And, indeed, this has happened. Sometimes this occurs, even without my knowledge.
