I too believe the powers that be will try every trick in the book, and more, to try to "get out" of this.

However, I also feel that more and more people will begin to see through such tricks.

When the markets fly on this news, you have to wonder how many people will begin using the rise to pull their money out and head for a safe haven.

One positive point for us in all that has happened is that many of the weak hands got out of PM stocks when they were forced to deleverage. In addition, if fears of generalized restrictions on short selling grow, then if might help us:

In any case, perhaps the most pertinent of FSN's advice right now is that you have to be in it for the long haul; we will win in the endgame, but perhaps not so much now.
