That is what I am wondering, too.

On the positive, over the last week, when stocks essentially crashed and gold surged, all gold equities (except maybe Tyhee, damn) did pretty well. I was seeing gains of 25-100% in some of the small and mid-cap emerging producers despite the equities sell off. Good gains in almost all of the explorers with defined deposits too.

On the negative, we still haven't had THE crash that Frank and several others are talking about. There is a chance, I suppose, that gold equities could be thrown out the window with all equities, despite a flight to gold in the panic.

However, based on the trial run we had last week, the 1000 point drop in the DOW over 4 days, it seems like the majority of gold equities are holding up well.
