Misty, How did the PM Miners Do During the Depression?

I asked JP this question on the Q-line last month and was unhappy with his answer so I asked Dave Webb.

JP said he didn't know but instead he spoke glowingly about the fabulous gains of Homestake Mining during the depression. So, not too much new there.

Since I was unhappy with his answer, I asked Dave Webb in an email, I paraphrase...

He said that good data on many of those miners are obscure so it's difficult to sum up, but he pointed out the great successes seen by the juniors around Yellowknife during that time when their initial great discoveries were made.
