I dont believe ALL lending will freeze in 2009. Banks live from lending money. Now the interest rate will raise and the businss case and quality of business need to be high.

So the question is :

Is Tyhee a quality junior / exploration company?

Can they manage to present an exceptional good business case?

I trust JP when he said Yes to both questions.

Also, you can get money from more than banks, eg. investment funds.

I believe there is a ton of money on the side lines to quality projects.
