Very good article on Credit Default Swaps. I have heard from several places that there will be a settlementt on the LEH credit default Swaps TOMORROW and the settlement amount is $400 billion dollars. That will be $400 million loss to some balance sheets and for sure it will involve alot of banks and other insurance firms. BAC, C, GS, MS stock prices certainly are pricing in some event.

Anyone else validate tomorrow's CDS settlement for LEH bonds? This could be the black swan event for GOLD I was afraid may come.
