...and on the Tyhee front. There is a news release under Viking Gold, VGC, about a private placement to rease a meagre $115,000 or so lifeline for operations. I bet this just covers costs to keep their claims in force and preserve their going concern. Guess who bought their shares at 11 cents? The directors of VGC.
They trade at 4cents now. If they have anything of value, maybe they will be the first tiny fish to be snapped up by Tyhee, such as their claim in proximity to Ormsby.
Throwing them a lifeline in the form of a JV with TDC may be their only option if they can't raise funds. Maybe the VGC Director has to take a part-time job at the Yellowknife Tim Hortons.
